1. Shipping Policy
Health Renovator Shipping Information
We aim to get your health essentials to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping - New Zealand Wide: $7.00 (2–4 business days).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes for courier deliveries. Please provide a physical address to ensure timely arrival.
2. Refund & Return Policy
Our 14-Day Guarantee
At Health Renovator, we stand by the quality of our supplements. Because our products are health consumables, we have specific guidelines to ensure safety and hygiene for all customers.
Change of Mind
Under NZ health regulations, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" if the product seal has been broken or the packaging is damaged.
- Eligible Returns: Must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Timeframe: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping for change-of-mind is the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA) applies. We will provide a full refund, repair, or replacement.
- Take a photo of the damaged item/packaging.
- Email us at marie@healthrenovator.com with your order number.
- We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty items.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, Credit Card, etc.) within 5–10 business days.

Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order? If you need to change your order, please email us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched (usually within 24 hours), we can no longer make changes.
Do you offer subscriptions? Yes! You can choose to "Subscribe & Save" on individual product pages to have your supplements delivered automatically every 30 or 60 days.
Products
Are your supplements made in New Zealand? We source the highest quality natural ingredients. Many of our products are formulated and manufactured right here in Aotearoa, while specific specialty ingredients may be sourced globally to ensure potency.
What is the shelf life of the supplements? All products are marked with a "Best Before" date. We guarantee that all products shipped will have a minimum of 6 months' shelf life remaining unless stated otherwise in a "Short-Dated" clearance sale.
I’m on medication—is it safe to take your supplements? We recommend consulting with your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regime, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medication.
Shipping & Returns
My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do? Check your tracking link first. If there has been no movement for more than 3 business days, please contact us at marie@healthrenovator.com and we will lodge an inquiry with the courier.
What if I have an allergic reaction? Stop use immediately. While we cannot offer refunds for bio-individual reactions, please contact us so we can document the batch number and provide any ingredient details your doctor may need.
